Content and proof

Two or three posts a week from the founder, one article a month, written from what is already being said on calls, with a ten-minute approval routine and a monthly check of what to make more of.

Why it matters

Buyers check the founder's profile before they reply. Consistent, specific content in the founder's words is what makes a cold email warm and a demo easier. The first hundred pieces will be rough; consistency beats quality early. The raw material is already in the calls.

Order of operations

  1. Set the shape: one channel, two or three posts a week, one article a month.
  2. Pick three content lanes and keep them for a quarter.
  3. Mine the week's calls for questions, phrases, objections, results and decisions.
  4. Draft the posts in the founder's voice; the idea grid fills gaps when calls run dry.
  5. Approve in one doc per week; nothing goes out unapproved.
  6. Schedule, post, reply to every comment the same day.
  7. Recycle what worked after 60 to 90 days; review by lane monthly.
